Breast Asymmetry Correction

What is Breast Asymmetry?

Breast asymmetry is present in many women. However, this asymmetry is often unnoticeable and does not cause discomfort. Treatment is sought when the individual feels visually bothered.

The goal of treatment is to achieve equal size and appearance of both breasts.

Intervention Options

One or both breasts may be treated simultaneously to achieve ideal sizes. If one breast is normal and the other has an issue, treatment is planned accordingly:

  • Smaller breast: Augmentation procedure is applied
  • Larger breast: Reduction procedure is applied
  • Sagging breast: Lift procedure is applied

Both breasts are brought to the same visual appearance. Op. Dr. Ercan Demirbağ evaluates both breasts to create a personalized treatment plan and selects the most appropriate technique together with the patient’s expectations.
