Mini Tummy Tuck Surgery
Mini tummy tuck is a more limited and smaller operation than a full tummy tuck. Not every patient is suitable for mini tummy tuck. However, in suitable patients, maximum satisfaction is achieved despite it being a mini operation.
Who is a Candidate?
Patients with skin excess and sagging particularly below the navel, and those with sagging tissue below a C-section scar, are suitable candidates.
Surgical Technique
In this surgery, the navel position is not changed. Some correction (plication) of the abdominal muscles may be applied. It can be combined with liposuction.
Depending on the intervention needed, it can be performed under local or general anesthesia. The surgery takes approximately 1 hour. You leave the operating room wearing a special corset, which we recommend wearing for 3 weeks. Drains are usually not used.
Recovery Process
You are discharged on the day of surgery. You can return to social life in 2 days and all sports activities after 3 weeks.
