Who Can Have Rhinoplasty?

Open or Closed?

Closed technique: All incisions are made inside the nose. No visible scars, faster recovery. However, it offers a more limited surgical field.

Open technique: A small incision is made on the columella. Allows the surgeon more comprehensive intervention and is preferred for complex cases.

Pre-Op Preparation

  1. Stop smoking and alcohol (at least 2 weeks before surgery)
  2. Discontinue blood-thinning medications
  3. Inform your doctor about all medications and supplements
  4. Arrange for someone to be with you the first week after surgery
